About
The name defines the site. Tidbits and Stuff contains a mix of information ranging from making pancakes from scratch to obtaining a license to sell insurance. As a homemaker and former insurance broker (among many other careers), this site contains information and tips about things that have touched my life.
The site has evolved from a small hand-coded site to a large not so hand coded site to a scaled and trimmed down WordPress site. Somewhere in the various iterations, I lost my About and Privacy pages. This is my attempt at recreating the About page.
Tidbits and Stuff is irregularly updated so it really won’t make too much sense to subscribe to the RSS feed. If you subscribe by email you won’t have to worry about a flurry of Tidbits and Stuff activity clogging your inbox.
In today’s micro-niche website environment, Tidbits and Stuff breaks all of the rules. It is not a micro-niche and never will be. It’s just one person’s online playground. As a freelance writer and web developer turned blogger, this site is where I make all of my mistakes (and there have been plenty).
Since it’s my online playground and available for everyone to see, take a browse around. There is a chance that you’ll find a helpful tip or two (or not).
