Glorious Food

Food is one of my favorite things. As a wife and mother of two who believes that things from scratch are healthier than things from the package, food is something that I spend a lot of time thinking about, preparing and/or serving.

Having said that, sometimes time doesn't allow for a full-blown from-scratch meal (yes, life happens). For those short-on-time occasions, I've got a few time saving quick meal tidbits to share.
