I’m not an expert on beauty, but there are a few simple routines we can practice every day to enhance what we’ve got. No, we may not look like beauty queens or kings, but we can strut what we’ve got proudly.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we’re beholding something great!
In an earlier iteration of Tidbits and Stuff, I had separate sections for Beauty and Health & Fitness. In going over the site, I realized there wasn’t enough content in either topic to warrant it’s own section, so I combined them.
In this section you’ll find some beauty articles that I’ve written (not too many because this isn’t my bailiwick) and articles that I’ve come across.
On the health front, where would we be without it? If you’re fortunate enough to be young and healthy, you most probably take your health for granted. It’s not until you start to age or you become afflicted with some nagging pain or condition that you truly appreciate your health.
As an aging member of society I know all too well how important good health is. Fortunately, I didn’t wait until I was afflicted with some uncomfortable condition to take notice of my health. I strongly suggest that you do the same.
The Health section of Tidbits and Stuff consists of articles I’ve come across on the topic of health that I want to share or use for future reference. This section also contains articles that I’ve written on health topics near and dear to my heart.
You won’t find a diatribe of my various health challenges and discoveries (I’ve got another site for that). Instead you’ll find tips, advice, tidbits and stuff on how to achieve and/or maintain optimal health.Photo by: Anissa Thompson
