Kids Korner
This section is truly a mixed bag of nuts. When I first created the site, my kids were a lot younger and it was important for me to have a section where they could visit and play games. They’ve since grown up and technology has changed so drastically that the games here seem soothing akin to playing Red Rover (I’m not too sure young folks even know what Red Rover is).
Anyway, since they’ve grown and technology has advanced, a lot of the old games are no longer exciting. Not only have things changed in the real world, but the way in which sites are developed and coded has changed too. As a result, a lot of the old games are incompatible with this current website format.
Deciding whether or not to ditch the old games in favor of new, more exciting and technologically advanced games, I chose to keep the old and supplement it with the new. Therefore, when you visit games such as Moving Knight or Towers of Hanoi, you’ll have to visit the old user interface of the original Tidbits and Stuff.
On the new interface you can play games such as Pac Man (talk about your old games), solve crossword puzzles and test your memory with Dog Memory. As I come across free and interesting games, I’ll add them to this mix bag of goods.
