I recently finished painting my guest room and decided that after all of the pre-painting prep work of spackling and sanding and getting rid of nail holes, I didn’t want to re-create the same problem. Although I had quite a few pictures to hang on the wall, after a fresh coat of paint, I didn’t want to ruin it with nail holes and picture hooks.

After a little research, I came across the 3M Command Strips. The 3M Command Strips allow you to hang pictures without damaging the wall. Their adhesive strips can be removed as simply as pulling the tape strip straight down to release the adhesion.

I called my bank, Wachovia, regarding a monthly charge I was receiving for using the Quicken software. It was called a “Personal Finance Software Monthly Service Fee.”

To be honest with you, I don’t understand why they charge a fee for using some other vendor’s software, but so be it. I barely used my Wachovia bank account so month after month I was charged $5.95 for Quicken. Additionally, because of the type of account I had I was charged $2 per month because I didn’t have direct deposit.

On February 18, 2010, Tiger Woods made a public apology for his behavior. Just in case you were in a coma or on the moon and haven't heard of Tiger's situation, here's a brief synopsis:

Tiger Woods, a world class golfer, fooled around on his wife for many years with many women. I'm not sure how many women there were, but you needed more than one hand to count them all. He had year long relationships with these women. It became a very public embarrassment. So much so that he pulled away from golf indefinitely.

I'll be the first to admit that I've got a love/hate relationship with Google. I love to earn money but I hate that Google has the ability to yank my chain any time they feel like it. The sad part about it is that my spot on the internet is so small that they don't even know that they are yanking my chain. As a matter of fact, I'm not even a chain in their eyes; I'm a very small part of a link on a very long, strong chain.

I recently purchased the best advertisement for an Apple computer…a Dell system equipped with Windows Vista.

If the folks at Apple are smart, they could save a bunch on advertising. No longer do they have to tout the benefits of purchasing a Mac laptop or the latest Apple desktop. All they have to do is get testimonials from folks who have suffered through Windows Vista and viola…ad is complete.
