I recently purchased the best advertisement for an Apple computer…a Dell system equipped with Windows Vista.

If the folks at Apple are smart, they could save a bunch on advertising. No longer do they have to tout the benefits of purchasing a Mac laptop or the latest Apple desktop. All they have to do is get testimonials from folks who have suffered through Windows Vista and viola…ad is complete.

cell phone This morning I was awakened by the telephone. Since it is a weekday, my first thought was must be an emergency somewhere and my husband's office was closed or the kids didn't have school. Why else would my phone ring at 6:30 in the morning?

Authentic Denny Crane There's something to be said about authenticity.

The other day I was watching my new favorite show "Boston Legal." I guess being a former Trekkie, flipping the channels to see William Shatner caused me to stop and watch. Of course he was in the middle of espousing something so politically incorrect that even Archie Bunker would have cringed (For those of you too young to know who Archie Bunker was, do a Google search for the TV show "All in the Family").

It's still January and people are still trying hard to honor their resolutions. One of my favorite annual resolutions is to remove the clutter.

After resolving to remove the clutter year after year, I find that even if I stick with my resolution through the entire year, there is always a new level of clutter to be rid of the following year.
